RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a diverse range of medical aesthetic treatments
Offer personalized skin consultations and tailor treatments to client's individual needs.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Create a nurturing and tranquil environment, helping clients to unwind and rejuvenate.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Engage in continued education programs and staff meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A valid medical aesthetics certificate/diploma.
Experience: Years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, with a range of services including facial treatments, laser skin treatments, laser hair removal, microneedling, morpheus8, skin tag removal, venus legacy, warm sculpting, permanent makeup etc. Please note that not all these skills are required but the more you have the better. We will also provide training where needed.
Ongoing Professional Development: Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry. This may involve attending advanced training courses, esthetic shows, and workshops.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of medi spa services. Knowledge of skin anatomy.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and deliver excellent customer service. Good communication and listening skills are crucial.
Sales Skills: Ability to effectively sell products or services.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor, adhering to industry standards and ethics, and being respectful towards clients and coworkers.
Business Skills: Knowledge of business principles like management and marketing is highly beneficial.
Passion, Motivation and Willingess to Learn: A passion for the beauty industry and the desire to advance and grow with our spa.
